My son is in the top of the growth charts and quickly outgrew his Chicco Keyfit 30, so we knew we needed a seat that we'd be able to have for the long term. We got this when he was 9 months, 27 lbs and 30" tall. He's now 13 months, 30 lbs, and over 32" tall and rides in it rear-facing. I think this will keep him safe until he's old enough for a booster, and I know you can't go wrong with Britax! Plus the price here was the best deal I've seen. Installation was super-simple and he seems comfortable. My only complaint is that even though the straps are connected to one master strap underneath, and they are easily adjustable, they consistently seem uneven (ie, one is slightly looser than the other) and I can't figure out why. Overall would recommend this to anyone.

The only con I would say about this carseat is that it says it faces backwards for up to 40 lbs and as they grow there is not a lot of leg room for them to face backwards.

Otherwise it is a great carseat, easy to install, lightweight and very easy to adjust.

I love this cute, nicely padded, and most of all safe carseat. My only complaint is if you have a sedan it is a bit bulky. I love how easy it is to adjust and the velco for the straps are very nice when you have a wiggly toddler. My daughter is on the smaller size and seat fits her just fine. I would have given 5 stars but the bulkiness and price are the only downside I see.
